Refund & Reprint Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your Ollie Nollie LLC purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To request a refund or reprint, please email us at support@ollienollie.co with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we will offer a reprint or a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@ollienollie.co.
